portion of the LCX.
Coronary Dominance: Rt. dominant.
Rt. Coronary Artery (RCA): Normal origin with normal course and caliber with
normal branching of acute marginal continuing into the PDA and PLVB .
Lt. Main Coronary Artery (LMA): Normal origin and caliber with normal
branching into the LAD, LCX and the intermediate artery.
LAD: Normal origin, course and caliber with normal branching into the diagonal
branches (D1 and D2). The D1 and D2 are small size vessels.
LCX: Normal origin, but there is a small size extra luminal calcified plaque in the
proximal portion of the LCX result non significant stenosis (less than 5% narrowing
is detected).
There is normal branching of the LCX into the obtuse marginal branches (OM1 and
OM2) which are normal vessels
Intermediate: The intermediate artery is normal and supplying the territory of the
diagonal branches.
No significant variation is seen.
The Lt. atrium and Lt. ventricle are normal.
Conclusion: Non significant stenosis of the proximal portion of the LCX is
detected (less than 5% narrowing is detected).
