Hello dear doctor good job unfortunately after doing ECO the cardiologist told me i have pap and its degree is 36-40 and then sent me to cardiac MRI after it wvery thing was normal in MRI just right heart ef was34 and left one 56 and right ventricle has been dilated doctor told me there is no need to using of any medicine and just told me visit a lung expert and CT scan and chest exray was normal i have 2 question from You 1)what medicine should i consume ? 2)as i read in net the people who have Pap just live 5 by 15 years after diagnosis is it right?

Thank's i am sending the documents just 2 Q what should i consume i mean medicine and 2 Q is it possible i live like a normal person and meanwhile i lost my CT so not possible to send but everything was ok and normal in CT

Don\'t wory. There\'s some uncertainty in MRI report but it\'s better that you ask from MRI reporter about possible ARVD your answer is dependent on the result.
Oh no there is Arvd my doctor said everything is ok In MrI just my worry is about 34 ef in right and dilate right veterical waht medicine do u suggest for me dear doctor?
This is the second, third, ? ... time that you ask this similar question, but I don\'t know why with different names. Repetition of single question with different names don\'t result in different answers. If you have ARVD you need ICD implantation and if you don\'t have ARVD just follow medical regimen including captopril
